报告简介

Robotic manipulation tools are demanding devices to realize automated manipulation of objects in multi-scale. Flexible robotic manipulators based on compliant mechanisms provide precise and dexterous manipulation in macro/micro/nano scales. To enable a safe and accurate operation, flexible manipulators with compliant force regulation capability are required. This presentation reports our recent work on design and development of new flexible robotic manipulators for multi-scale applications. It ranges from compliant robot end-effectors for industrial manufacturing, soft grippers for multi-function grasping, to teleoperated robot manipulators for haptic-basedmicromanipulation. Moreover, the future work on relevant research topics will be discussed.
